阐述了39~45t锭重兼容式锭型的设计思想,利用AnyCasting软件对其凝固过程及凝固质量进行了数值模拟研究。主要分析了搭配锭模垫圈致使锭型参数变化对钢锭凝固过程中温度场分布和凝固缺陷的影响。结果表明,39~45t锭重兼容式锭型允许的锭型参数变化不会明显改变钢锭凝固质量,其冒容比(14.52%)维持不变、细长比由1.437增至1.737、锥度由4.89%降低至4.01%,不会改变钢锭的凝固顺序。锭重的变化对钢锭中的C元素偏析分布的作用不明显;同时,随着锭重的增加,一次缩孔深度缩短,而缩松缺陷仍存在且位置下移。
The design concept of 39 ~ 45t spindle weight spindle is expounded. The numerical simulation of its solidification process and solidification quality is carried out by AnyCasting software. The influence of the change of ingot parameters on the distribution of temperature field and the solidification defects during the solidification of the ingot is analyzed mainly with the washer of the ingot mold. The results show that the change of ingot parameters allowed in the 39 ~ 45t spindle weight spindle does not change the solidification quality of the ingot significantly. The sling ratio (14.52%) remains unchanged, the slenderness ratio increases from 1.437 to 1.737, and the taper is 4.89 % Down to 4.01%, will not change the ingot solidification order. The change of spindle weight has no obvious effect on the segregation of C element in the ingot. At the same time, with the increase of ingot weight, the depth of one shrinkage cavity is shortened and the shrinkage defect still exists and the position is shifted downward.
