为了改造地层,提高油田采收率及采油速度,进行酸化、压裂作业是重要措施之一。 目前,国内自喷油井所用的井口装置,公称压力大都在250公斤/厘米~2以下,仅在少数气井上,装有压力超过350公斤/厘米~2的井口,还没有专门作压裂用的井口控制装置。现在油井酸化压裂作业日益增多,施工井口压力一般在400~600公斤/厘米~2之间,四川、长庆等油田的某些层段,施工井口压力高达700公斤/厘米~2,远远超出原有井口的安全压力,为此,急需提供一种耐高压的压裂井口装置。
