爆破拆除城市桥梁具有快速安全的特点。但桥下往往布置各种地下管线,施工安全防护是关键。本文以南京市汉中门高架桥爆破拆除中地铁隧道等地下结构防护为例,提出利用集减震器、软钢阻尼器、减震卸载钢桁架与传统减震缓冲器材有机组合的集成防护技术,在实爆工程中得到成功应用,减震效果显著。
Demolition of urban bridges by blasting has the characteristics of fast and safe. However, the bridge is often arranged under a variety of underground pipelines, construction safety protection is the key. Taking the protection of the underground structures such as subway tunnel during the blasting demolition of Hanzhongmen viaduct in Nanjing as an example, this paper presents an integrated protection technology that uses the combination of a set of shock absorbers, mild steel dampers, shock absorption and unloading steel trusses and traditional damping shock absorbers. The real blasting project has been successfully applied, shock absorption effect is remarkable.
