本文采用薄层层析及双波长薄层扫描法,以粉防已碱等五个生物碱为对照品对照,二个以上的溶剂系统展开,薄层图谱结合扫描图象分析,比较粉防已根、茎、叶的化学成分。结果表明:根和茎生物碱成分大致相同。叶与它们的差异甚大,含微量的粉防已碱和防已诺林,不含轮环藤酚碱。并定量地比较了它们所含上述三种生物碱的含量。茎可作为资源加以利用。
In this paper, thin-layer chromatography and dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method were used, and five alkaloids such as powder anti-alkali were used as the reference for comparison. Two or more solvent systems were developed. Thin-layer maps were combined with scanning image analysis to compare the anti-alkali properties. Chemical composition of roots, stems and leaves. The results showed that the alkaloids in roots and stems were roughly the same. The leaves are very different from them, with traces of powder anti-alkali and anti-northern free, not containing rotolin alkaloids. And quantitatively compare the content of the three alkaloids they contain. Stems can be used as resources.
