观察了30例眼球钝挫伤病人的ERG变化,发现有24例出现了异常,ERG的改变可分为五种类型,其中以b波异常为特征的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型最多.b波降低与视力呈明显的负相关,与眼部的损伤程度和预后也有关系。我们认为眼球钝挫伤后ERG异常的不同类型,实际上是视网膜损伤部位及程度不同的电生理表现,因此,在眼球钝挫伤后ERG可以作为判断视网膜损伤程度的一种客观指标,同时也能为视力预后的判断提供依据。
The changes of ERG in 30 patients with blunt eye contusion were observed and 24 cases were found to be abnormal. The changes of ERG were classified into five types, of which the type Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were characterized by b wave abnormalities, Visual acuity was significantly negative correlation with the degree of eye damage and prognosis are also related. In our opinion, different types of ERG abnormalities after traumatic eye contusion are actually electrophysiological manifestations of different parts and degrees of retinal damage. Therefore, ERG can be used as an objective indicator to judge the degree of retinal damage after eyeball blunt contusion, Visual prognosis to provide the basis for judging.
