根据某小型涡轮发动机需求,采用理论计算与经验相结合的设计方法设计了一种微型回油式喷嘴。通过理论分析和经验,确定了微型回油式喷嘴喷油孔孔径、回油孔孔径、旋流槽等关键几何部位尺寸。为验证设计方法的适用性以及喷嘴性能,在设计和加工该种回油式喷嘴基础上,开展了基于PDA的喷嘴雾化性能试验。试验结果表明,喷嘴特征雾化粒径在15~65μm之间,雾化均匀程度良好。
According to the demand of a small turbine engine, a micro oil return nozzle is designed by the combination of theoretical calculation and experience. Through the theoretical analysis and experience, the size of key geometric parts such as the diameter of the oil return hole, the diameter of the oil return hole and the swirl groove of the mini oil return nozzle are determined. To verify the applicability of the design method and nozzle performance, a PDA-based nozzle atomization performance test was carried out on the basis of designing and processing the oil return nozzle. The test results show that the characteristic atomization nozzle diameter between 15 ~ 65μm, good degree of atomization.
