目的对纤维堆囊菌次级代谢产物及其生物活性进行综述。方法以国内外发表的文献为依据,根据代谢产物的结构类型对1977~2009年间已发表的纤维堆囊菌的次级代谢产物及其生物活性进行综述。结果纤维堆囊菌(Sorangium cellu-losum)能产生大量结构新颖、生物活性多样的次级代谢产物,部分已在临床上得到应用。结论在我国开展纤维堆囊菌活性代谢产物的研究具有巨大的潜力。
Objective To summarize the secondary metabolites of Fusarium sophorus and their biological activity. Methods Based on the literature published both at home and abroad, the secondary metabolites and their bioactivities of published Fusarium spp. Strains from 1977 to 2009 were reviewed according to the structure types of the metabolites. Results Sorangium cellu-losum could produce a large number of novel and bioactive secondary metabolites, some of which have been clinically applied. Conclusion The research on the active metabolites of Fusarium sophorus in our country has great potential.
