目的 :探讨冠心病患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1(high mobility group box 1,HMGB1)与冠状动脉侧支循环的相关性。方法 :针对本单位近三年(2012年3月~2015年3月)55例冠状动脉严重狭窄的冠心病患者进行分析。根据冠状动脉造影结果,结合Rentrop分级方法将冠状动脉侧支循环分为4级,其中0级组患者16例,1级组患者14例,2级组患者15例,3级组患者10例。采集55例患者的血清样品,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测其中高迁移率族蛋白1浓度。结果 :2级组和3级组患者的高迁移率族蛋白1浓度和冠状动脉侧支评分明显高于0级组患者的浓度,具有统计学意义;冠心病患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1与冠状动脉侧支分级具有良好的正相关。结论 :冠状动脉严重狭窄的冠心病患者的冠状动脉侧支循环形成越好,分级就越高,冠心病患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1与冠状动脉侧支循环具有良好的正相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) and coronary collateral circulation in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 55 patients with severe coronary artery stenosis in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were analyzed. According to the results of coronary angiography, combined with the Rentrop classification of coronary artery collateral circulation is divided into four levels, of which 16 patients in the 0 level group, 14 patients in the first level group, 15 patients in the second level group, 10 patients in the third level group. Serum samples from 55 patients were collected and the high mobility group box 1 protein concentration was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The levels of high mobility group box 1 and coronary collateral score in grade 2 and grade 3 patients were significantly higher than those in patients in grade 0, with statistical significance. Serum high mobility group box 1 Coronary collateral grading has a good positive correlation. Conclusions: Coronary collateral circulation is formed better in patients with severe coronary artery stenosis, and the higher the grading is, the high mobility group box 1 protein in patients with coronary artery disease has a positive correlation with coronary collateral circulation.
