本文用分属4类杀虫剂的氰戊菊酯、甲基对硫磷、灭多威和硫丹4种药剂分别处理不同抗药性水平的棉铃虫3龄幼虫,系统观察处理试虫各龄的历期、预蛹期、蛹重和雌雄比,以比较药剂对抗药性和较敏感棉铃虫幼虫生长发育的影响。结果表明,4种药剂对两个种群均引起幼虫发育历期延长,且以灭多威和硫丹对条山较敏感试虫的影响最大,分别比对照延长1317及1294d。各药剂处理的试虫蛹重也有不同程度的减轻;氰戊菊酯还可影响蛹的性别比例,引起雄蛹数量增多。
In this paper, three insecticide-resistant fenvalerate, methyl parathion, methomyl and endosulfan agents were treated with different levels of resistance to the third instar larvae of cotton bollworm, systematic observation and treatment of insects each age The period of pre-pupal, the pupal weight and the ratio of male and female, in order to compare the effects of the agents on the resistance and the growth and development of the susceptible cotton bollworm larvae. The results showed that the four agents caused larvae developmental durations to be prolonged in both populations, and the influence of methomyl and endosulfan on the more sensitive insects was the strongest, which were respectively 1317 and 1294d longer than the control. The insecticide treated pupae also have different degrees of weight reduction; fenvalerate can also affect the sex ratio of pupae, causing an increase in the number of male pupae.
