大约30%的非小细胞肺癌患者中存在LKB1的功能性缺失突变,而肺癌小鼠模型的研究结果也表明LKB1的缺失很大程度上促进了肺癌的发病及进展,而且LKB1的缺失突变在促进肺癌组织类型的分化和肺癌转移中扮演着相当重要的角色,这充分说明LKB1是一个非常重要的抑癌基因。然而目前还未有充分的证据显示出LKB1的功能性缺失突变与肺癌预后有关,针对这种情况,本文对近年来LKB1在肺癌领域中的研究进展作一综述。
Approximately 30% of patients with non-small cell lung cancer LKB1 functional deletion mutation exists, and lung cancer mouse model results also show that the loss of LKB1 largely contributed to the pathogenesis and progression of lung cancer, and LKB1 deletion mutation in promoting Lung cancer tissue type differentiation and lung cancer metastasis play a very important role, which fully demonstrates that LKB1 is a very important tumor suppressor gene. However, at present, there is not enough evidence to show that LKB1 functional deletion mutation is associated with the prognosis of lung cancer. In this paper, we review the recent progress of LKB1 in the field of lung cancer.
