目的:观察受试者在载人离心机上进行抗荷正压呼吸,身体上部着加压服时发生臂痛的性质、程度,并对其防护作用进行评价。方法:被试者为6名男性青年,正加速度(+Gz)暴露时,先观察受试者穿中囊代偿背心和65%大面积抗荷服(ECGS),在5.0,5.5,6.0,6.5,7.0G各持续15s时的臂痛程度和性质;休息10min后,受试者改穿身体上部加压服进行7.0G持续15s,观察臂痛缓解的程度。结果:6名受试者均完成了本项实验。穿中囊背心的受试者,在6.0,6.5,7.0G时均有人出现不同程度的臂痛,疼痛发生的几率和程度与G值的增高成正比。在7.0G时穿身体上部加压服后,双臂均无疼痛感。结论:身体上部加压服可以消除高+Gz与PBG引起的臂痛。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the nature and extent of arm pain that occurs when a manikin is loaded on a manned centrifuge, and its protective effect is evaluated. Methods: Subjects were 6 male youths. At the positive acceleration (+ Gz) exposure, the subjects were observed wearing saccule occlusion ventral and 65% large area anti-virus ventral (ECGS) at 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5,7.0G each sustained 15s when the degree and nature of arm pain; rest 10min, the subjects wear the body to wear the upper part of the pressure to 7.0G sustained 15s, to observe the degree of relief of arm pain. Results: Six subjects completed the experiment. At 6.0, 6.0 and 7.0G, different degrees of arm pain were observed in the volunteers who were wearing sac vests. The incidence and degree of pain were directly proportional to the increase of G value. At 7.0G wearing the upper body after the pressure clothes, arms are no pain. Conclusion: Body upper pressure clothing can eliminate high + Gz and PBG caused by arm pain.
