肿瘤样淋巴上皮病是少见的涎腺疾病,主要发生在一个或数个诞腺,少数病例可累及泪腺。1972年,全国肿瘤防治研究室将本病定名为瘤样淋巴上皮病变。我科于1974～1980年收治4例,术前均误诊为其他腮腺疾病,现报导如下。例1.患者女,42岁。左耳下无痛性包块3年。肿块3×3×2cm大小,质软呈囊性感。腮腺造影:主导管扩张,末梢导管呈囊状扩张。X线诊断:1.腮腺炎。2.肿瘤待
Tumor-like lymphoepithelial disease is a rare parotid gland disease that occurs mainly in one or several baby’s glands, and a few cases can affect the lacrimal gland. In 1972, the National Cancer Prevention and Research Laboratory named the disease as a tumor-like lymphoepithelial lesion. Our department was admitted to 4 cases from 1974 to 1980. All of them were misdiagnosed as other parotid gland diseases before surgery. The report is as follows. Example 1. Female patient, 42 years old. Painless mass under the left ear for 3 years. The mass was 3×3×2cm in size and was soft and cystic. Sinus radiography: The main catheter dilates and the peripheral duct expands saccularly. X-ray diagnosis: 1. Mumps. 2. Oncology
