近年来,我国事业单位的劳资管理方面的问题凸显,已经对事业单位的发展产生了不可小窥的影响,因此充分发挥劳资管理的激励的作用,系统的研究如何构建高效能的劳资标准化管理机制,对于提高事业单位管理水平至关重要,且具有很强的现实意义。本文通过引进国外先进的劳资管理经验和方法,构建出适合事业单位的劳资标准化管理机制,试图改善当前事业单位劳资管理中存在的额制度不规范及不完善的问题。根据分析,针对事业单位劳资标准化管理的具体功能,本研究提出了适合事业单位有效开展劳资管理的科学化、标准化劳资管理机制,构建出和实际相符的劳资标准化管理机制。
In recent years, the problems of labor and capital management in our country’s public service units have been highlighted. The impact on the development of public institutions has been greatly influenced. Therefore, we should give full play to the incentive of labor and capital management, and systematically study how to construct a highly efficient management system of labor and capital standardization , Which is of great importance to improving the management level of public institutions and has strong practical significance. By introducing advanced labor management experience and methods from foreign countries, this paper constructs a standardized management system of labor and capital which is suitable for public institutions, and attempts to improve the non-standard and imperfect system of labor and capital management in current public institutions. According to the analysis, in view of the specific functions of standardization of labor capital management in public institutions, this research proposes a scientific and standardized labor management mechanism that is suitable for public institutions to carry out labor management effectively, and establishes a standard management mechanism of labor and capital in line with the actual situation.
