营养液温度作为水耕栽培营养液的重要特性与营养液水溶氧含量和植物根系生长状况密切相关,如何精准调控营养液温度是越夏水耕栽培蔬菜能够取得优质高产的关键。以生菜(Lactuca sativa var.crispa‘Luosheng No.3’)为试材,研究了冷水机降温技术用于越夏水耕栽培营养液温度的调控效果,及其对生菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,采用冷水机降温技术可以将营养液温度控制在合理的范围(20±1)℃,对生菜生长和干物质累积具有明显的促进作用,且不会影响生菜的品质。总之,将该技术应用于越夏水耕栽培营养液温度调控是完全可行的。
As the important characteristic of hydroponics culture fluid and the content of dissolved oxygen in nutrient solution and the growth of plant root system, how to accurately regulate the temperature of nutrient solution is the key to high quality and high yield of hydroponic cultivation in Vietnam. Lactuca sativa var. Crispa’Luosheng No.3 ’was used as test material to study the effect of chiller cooling technology on the temperature regulation of nutrient solution of hydroponic cultivation and its effect on the growth and quality of lettuce. The results showed that using chiller cooling technology could control the temperature of nutrient solution within a reasonable range of (20 ± 1) ℃, which could significantly promote lettuce growth and dry matter accumulation without affecting the quality of lettuce. In conclusion, it is feasible to apply this technology to the temperature control of nutrient solution in the summer cultivation of hydroponics.
