目的研究采自中国南海的短指软珊瑚Sinularia sp.的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并根据MS、NMR等波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从短指软珊瑚的乙醚提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为胆固醇(1)、3β-羟基胆甾-5-烯-7-酮(2)、3β-羟基麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-7-酮(3)、菜油甾醇(4)、24-亚甲基胆固醇(5)、过氧化麦角甾醇(6)、axinysterol(7)、麦角甾醇(8)、(3β,4α,5α,8β)-4-甲基麦角甾-24(28)-烯-3,8-二醇(9)、花生四烯酸(10)、花生四烯酸甲酯(11)。结论化合物1~9属于3种不同类型的甾醇,而化合物10和11属于不饱和脂类。其中,化合物7和11为首次从该属中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Sinularia sp. From the South China Sea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS, NMR and other spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ether extracts of the short-finger soft coral and identified as cholesterol (1), 3β-hydroxycholest-5-en-7-one (2), 3β-hydroxygat- (3), campesterol (4), 24-methylenecholesterol (5), ergosterol peroxide (6), axinysterol (7), ergosterol (3β, 4α, 5α, 8β) -4-methylergost-24 (28) -ene-3,8- diol (9), arachidonic acid (10), arachidonic acid methyl ester ). Conclusion Compounds 1-9 belong to three different types of sterols, while compounds 10 and 11 belong to unsaturated lipids. Among them, compounds 7 and 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
