用3Cr2W8V钢制成的轴承套圈热挤模,通常在1170℃高温淬火和600~650℃回火后,若回火硬度控制在HRC46~48,模具往往产生断裂;若回火硬度控制在HRC42~46,模具寿命一般在压制2000~3000个工件后,便出现热疲劳而失效。经对热挤压模失效形式分析,发现在工作部位的纵向形成有磨损沟糟及冲头出现墩粗现象。 实践证明,通过对3CrW8V热挤压模进行渗碳后的高温淬、回火处理,可以显著地提高该模具的使用寿命。现将其热处理工艺和使用效果简述如下:
With 3Cr2W8V steel bearing ring hot extrusion die, usually at 1170 ℃ high temperature quenching and 600 ~ 650 ℃ tempering, if the tempering hardness control in HRC46 ~ 48, the mold tends to fracture; if the tempering hardness control in the HRC42 ~ 46, die life is generally suppressed in the 2000 ~ 3000 pieces, they appear thermal fatigue and failure. After analyzing the failure mode of the hot extrusion die, it was found that there was worn furrow in the longitudinal direction of the working part and the pier appeared coarse in the punch. Practice has proved that through the 3CrW8V hot extrusion mold carburizing after quenching, tempering, can significantly improve the service life of the mold.
