本文依托天津津港高速双港停车区项目,对C40彩色路面混凝土进行研制与应用,选择可生产彩色混凝土用原材料,以降低原材料对混凝土颜色的影响。根据工程实际需要,调整颜料的掺量确定彩色混凝土颜色,同时要兼顾混凝土工作性能及力学性能等关键指标。彩色混凝土生产要制定专项供应方案,对生产各关键岗位进行技术交底,以确保生产组织顺畅,质量控制稳定。
This paper relies on the Tianjin Jingang high-speed double-port parking area project, C40 colored pavement concrete research and application, choose to produce color concrete raw materials, in order to reduce the impact of raw materials on the color of concrete. According to the actual needs of the project, adjust the amount of pigment to determine the color of colored concrete, while taking into account the performance of the concrete and mechanical properties and other key indicators. Color concrete production to develop a special supply program, the production of key positions for technical analysis, to ensure smooth production organization, quality control and stability.
