“低点位移”是笔者在研究邢台地区余震的地磁前兆时发现的一种地磁异常现象。根据这种现象,于1972年总结出一种预报地震的方法,取名为“日变低点位移法”。 1973年2月6日四川炉霍地震后,我们将这一方法在四川地区进行检验,发现低点位移异常与该地区的地震活动也有较好的对应关系,后来四川省地震局应用此方法作为重要的判据之一,成功地预报了松潘、平武7.2级地震。
“Low Displacement” is a kind of geomagnetic anomaly discovered by the author when studying the geomagnetic precursors of aftershocks in Xingtai area. According to this phenomenon, a method of forecasting earthquakes was summarized in 1972 and named as “the method of daily change low point displacement”. After the Sichuan Huohuo earthquake on February 6, 1973, we tested this method in the Sichuan area and found that there is a good correspondence between the low-point displacement anomaly and the seismic activity in the area. Later, the Sichuan Seismological Bureau used this method as the One of the important criteria is the successful prediction of Songpan and Pingwu M 7.2 Earthquakes.
