最近由机电工业部组织鉴定了由上海材料研究所和上海华海科技实业公司等单位协作研制成功的高性能铁基粉末冶金千斤顶螺母材料,可用来制造螺旋千斤顶螺母,代替原来的ZHAl 66-6-3-2 铸造铝黄铜材料。经过力学性能测试:抗拉强度≥720 MPa;延伸率≥4.2%;冲击值≥21 AKJ。磨擦磨损性能测试:磨擦系数与ZHAl 66-6-3-2铸造铝黄铜材料相当,磨损量为ZHAl 66-6-3-2铸造铝黄铜材料的六十分之一,并经台架动态加载寿命试验,证明完全符合千斤顶螺母的使用要求。采用高性能粉末冶金千斤顶螺母材料,可节约铜材约50%以上,而且减少切削加工,提高材料的利用率,可降低成本30%以上。它除能满足螺旋千斤顶螺母材料的要求外,还可在机床、汽车、阀门、农机、工程机械等一切要求使用高强度、高耐磨、高延性的机械结构零件方面将有着广泛的开发前景,鉴定意见认为可推广应用于生产实践。
