利用几何光学的方法对固体激光器中Zig-Zag板条介质的结构设计进行了分析。具体分析了Zig-Zag板条端面切割角的选取方法。对于Nd:YAG增益介质,采用31°切割角的板条具有较高的效率,且便于加工和镀膜。以端面31°切割角的板条为例,分析了板条各几何尺寸的设计方法。Zig-Zag板条的宽度、厚度和长度等参数需充分考虑与半导体泵浦模块的匹配以得到最佳设计。
The structure design of Zig-Zag slab media in solid-state lasers was analyzed by means of geometrical optics. The method to choose the cutting angle of Zig-Zag lath face is analyzed in detail. For Nd: YAG gain media, laths with a 31 ° cut angle are more efficient and easier to process and coat. Taking the slats with the angle of 31 ° as an example, the design method of slab geometry was analyzed. Parameters such as width, thickness and length of the Zig-Zag lath should be fully matched to the semiconductor pump module for optimal design.
