目的 研究医学追踪观测数据的多变量生长曲线模型。方法 对两种药物治疗 12 0例患者后的舒张压和收缩压追踪观测数据用多元方差分析方法进行生长曲线模型检验 ,对模型系数作极大似然估计并进行组间比较 ,分析方法用SAS/IML软件编程得以实现。结果 用药后患者的舒张压和收缩压随时间的变化而变化 ,且两个药物组曲线的变化趋势是不相同的 ,第一组的变化相对平缓 ,而第二组起伏波动较大 ,用药后第一组的舒张压和收缩压相对来说均较第二组为高。结论 多变量生长曲线模型可有效地进行多变量追踪观测数据的动态变化趋势分析以及组间比较分析
Objective To study the multivariate growth curve model of medical follow-up observation data. Methods The data of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the treatment of 120 patients with two drugs were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (ANOVA). The model coefficients were estimated by maximum likelihood and compared between groups. The analysis method used SAS. /IML software programming is achieved. Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the patients changed with time, and the trend of the curve of the two drug groups was not the same. The change of the first group was relatively flat, while the fluctuation of the second group was relatively large. The first group of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure are relatively higher than the second group. Conclusion The multivariate growth curve model can effectively analyze the trend of multivariate tracking observations and analyze the differences between groups.
