本文通过醋酸铅亚急性染毒,观察其对血内各种微量元素、钙离子及钙调素的影响。现报告如下。材料和方法实验动物 SD雄性大鼠由江苏省实验动物中心提供,体重180~220g,随机分成2组,对照组7只,实验组8只。实验方法实验组每日饮用10.545mmol醋酸铅[Pb(CH_3COO)_2·H_2O,德国MerCKT。AR级]溶液,饮用1周。对照组饮用蒸馏水。1周后,将两组大鼠分别从左眼眶内眦部采血,进行血中微量元素及钙离子测定,同时测定钙调
In this paper, acute sub-acute exposure to lead acetate to observe the blood of various trace elements, calcium and calmodulin. The report is as follows. MATERIALS AND METHODS SD male rats were provided by Experimental Animal Center of Jiangsu Province with a body weight of 180-220 g and were randomly divided into 2 groups, 7 in the control group and 8 in the experimental group. Control group drinking distilled water. One week later, the two groups of rats were respectively taken blood from the left orbital cavity for the determination of trace elements and calcium in the blood,
