[目的 /意义]如何将老一辈专家及工程人员型号设计经验固化,实现知识由隐性化向显性化的转变,有效促进知识的积累、转化、应用,是当前我国航天发展面临的一大难题。[方法 /过程]提出“岗位-专业-流程”三维度知识固化体系模型,通过编制岗位标准目录、设计师手册、设计模板和专家访谈等形式进行知识固化实践,对进行知识的创造、显化、共享、应用和继承的有效机制进行有益的尝试与探索。[结果 /结论 ]在单位内部型号和院相关设计单位产品研制过程中得到有效应用,具有良好的示范作用。
[Objective/Significance] How to solidify the design experience of older generations of experts and engineers, realize the transformation of knowledge from implicit to explicit, and effectively promote the accumulation, transformation, and application of knowledge, which is currently facing the development of China’s space industry. Big problem. [Methods/procedures] A “post-professional-process” three-dimensional knowledge curing system model was proposed. Knowledge creation was carried out through the establishment of post-standard catalogs, designer manuals, design templates, and expert interviews, etc. Effective mechanisms for manifesting, sharing, applying, and inheriting are useful trials and explorations. [Results/Conclusion] It has been effectively applied in the development of the internal model of the unit and related design units of the institute and has a good demonstration effect.
