本文采用问卷调查的方法,运用《现代远程开放教育学生学习激励机制研究》课题组自编 的《现代远程开放教育学员学习激励评价表》对现代远程开放教育学员学习激励现状进行了调查研 究,结果表明:总体的激励水平处于一般和较能水平之间,5个因素的激励水平从高到低依次为社 会、自我、教师、工作、学校,除了社会因素达到了较能水平外,其它因素都处于一般和较能水平之 间;从每个题目的结果来看,只有教师的教学态度、教师与学员的关系和谐、家庭成员的支持、为了 获得学历、为了获取知识和社会的竞争这六个题目代表的方面较能激发学员的学习积极性,其它题 目都处于一般和较能水平之间。随后,《现代远程开放教育学生学习激励机制研究》课题组对学员学 习激励现状进行了分析与讨论,并提出了建设性的意见和建议。
