目的:探讨Mcl-1在宫颈癌的表达水平及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用qRT-PCR技术检测20例宫颈癌组织及癌旁正常组织Mcl-1mRNA水平,同时应用免疫组织化学技术检测45例宫颈癌组织及正常宫颈组织Mcl-1表达水平,分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:宫颈癌组织Mcl-1mRNA表达水平明显高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),Mcl-1在宫颈癌组织中的表达阳性率为53.3%,明显高于正常宫颈组织的阳性率11.1%(P<0.05),其表达与病理分级、肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Mcl-1的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,可作为宫颈癌诊断及临床监测的分子标志物。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Mcl-1 in cervical cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: Mcl-1 mRNA was detected by qRT-PCR in 20 cases of cervical cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Mcl-1 in 45 cases of cervical cancer and normal cervical tissues. The expression of Mcl- Pathological characteristics of the relationship. Results: The expression of Mcl-1 mRNA in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues (P <0.05). The positive rate of Mcl-1 expression in cervical cancer tissues was 53.3%, significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues (11.1% P <0.05). There was a significant correlation between the expression and pathological grade, tumor size and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Mcl-1 is related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, which may serve as a molecular marker for diagnosis and clinical monitoring of cervical cancer.
