青年教师大赛是为了进一步提高教师技能水平,推进教师队伍的迅速成长,建设一支高水平的“双师素质”教师队伍而展开的一项非常重要的活动。作为我校的青年教师,能够在比赛当中领会比赛精神,锻炼讲课技能是一件十分具有意义的事情。本文不仅是对本次比赛的收获进行总结,也是对改革的方式进行探索。 The Young Teachers’ Contest is a very important activity to further improve the skill level of teachers, promote the rapid growth of the teaching staff and build a high-quality teaching staff with “double qualifications”.
