建立协调稳定的水利干部职工关系,不仅是工会责无旁贷的职责,也是工会促进和谐水利建设的着力点和落脚点。自我担任水利站工会主席以来,认真学习工运理论和水利管理知识,现结合自己的工会工作实践,对工会组织正确处理单位思想政治工作与经济工作的辩证关系谈一点体会。体会之一,变虚为实,实现物质和精神的统一。思想政治工作虽然是一切工作的生命线,但它属于意识形态范畴,如果不正确理解并把握好,就会被干部职工看成是“虚”的东西。因此,水利单位思想政治工作就是要把难以物化的“虚”尽量转移到看得见摸得着的
