研究了Gd2O3低维纳米结构的形貌可控的合成方法。通过不同的水热条件,得到不同形貌的碱式碳酸钆,再经过热处理,制备不同形貌的Gd2O3纳米材料。在反应条件简单的基础上,在不同水热温度下分别得到了分散性良好的纳米球和尺寸均一的纳米棒,并对产品进行XRD、SEM和TEM表征。还对温度、溶剂以及尿素的浓度等条件对Gd2O3形貌的影响及其形成机理进行了探讨。
The morphology-controlled synthesis of Gd2O3 low-dimensional nanostructures was studied. Through different hydrothermal conditions, different morphologies of basic gadolinium carbonate were obtained and then heat-treated to prepare Gd2O3 nanomaterials with different morphologies. On the basis of simple reaction conditions, nanospheres with good dispersibility and nanorods with uniform size were obtained at different hydrothermal temperatures. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The effects of temperature, solvent and concentration of urea on the morphology of Gd2O3 and its formation mechanism were also discussed.
