临床上双侧胸腔积液(ＢＰＥ)较单侧少见。病因复杂,易误诊误治。本文收集浙二医院１９９４年１月～１９９８年８月间收治的双侧胸腔积液１００例,现就其病因、发病机制、鉴别诊断等进行分析和探讨。临床资料一、一般资料１００例ＢＰＥ患者中男６１例,女３９例。年龄１７～７９ Clinically bilateral pleural effusion (BPE) than unilateral rare.
