保险专业化精细分工促使保险专业与保险服务彻底分离,催生保险服务全面社会化。如果说,大量承揽保险中介人业务,以及的估损、估价、理赔、防损等保险传统职能外包,是保险服务社会化的外在形式,那么机动车辆保险业务营销制则是其内部形态。它改变了以往产险公司分配的游戏规则,推动了保险服务社会化的进程。
