以5a生、15a生和25a生的库尔勒香梨为研究对象,分别喷施10,15,20,25 mmol/L的CaCl2和Ca(NO3)2,研究不同Ca2+溶液和不同浓度处理对不同树龄库尔勒香梨树叶片Ca2+吸收的影响。研究结果表明,不同Ca2+处理后叶片中的Ca2+含量呈不同程度的增加。在5月中旬至6月中旬,5a生香梨树喷施20mmol/LCaCl2,15a生香梨树喷施10mmol/L Ca(NO3)2,25a生香梨树喷施20mmol/L CaCl2更有利于叶片对Ca2+的吸收。初步推断,在5月中旬至6月中旬,5a生香梨树喷施20 mmol/L CaCl2,15a生香梨树喷施10 mmol/LCa(NO3)2,25a生香梨树喷施20mmol/L CaCl2更有利于叶片对Ca2+的吸收。
