城乡规划法的颁布体现了改变城乡二元结构,统筹城乡发展的重要性。而对村庄进行新的规划、整治、建设,达到“村容整洁”则是村庄建设的重要内容。本文从村庄规划的概念入手,阐述了乡村规划所涉及的内容及范围,探讨乡村规划目前存在的问题从而确定了今后乡村规划的目标。在讨论并总结了乡村规划的工作重点之后,提出了保障规划顺利施行的几点建议。 The promulgation of the Urban and Rural Planning Law reflects the importance of changing the dual structure of urban and rural areas and coordinating urban and rural development. However, the new planning, remediation and construction of the village have reached the goal of “making the village clean and tidy” and an important part of village construction. Starting from the concept of village planning, this article elaborates the content and scope of village planning, and discusses the existing problems of village planning so as to set the goal of rural planning in the future. After discussing and summarizing the key points of village planning, some suggestions are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the planning.
