受教育者的身心和谐发展是一个有机的整体,忽视健康教育,或孤立发展体能和运动技能的体育都是有害而无益的。体育与德育、智育、美育存在着有机的联系,必须从德、智、体、美的相互联系、相互促进的视角来认识与理解体育。体育不仅是“体”的教育,更是“人”的教育。体育新课程标准无论是从目标的确立、内容的选择,还是方法的运用,都离不开心理学的支撑,从心理学的视角来看,体育活动能使人产生成功感和愉快的体验;体育活动对于个人的自信、自尊有很好的促进作用,可以明显降低紧张与焦虑情绪;体育与个性发展有密切的联系,体育活动可以对良好个性的形成产生积极的影响。
