LD型冷轧管机在轧制过程中的力参数沿宏观变形区上的分布状况,是衡量轧机使用合理与否的一个重要标志。根据LD型冷轧管机的结构特点,采用滑道与压头共同构成的组合式传感器以及电量叠加的方法,在LD-60型冷轧管机上对轧制过程中的力参数成功地进行了现场测试。示波曲线表明,力参数在宏观变形区上的分布有它的规律性。
The distribution of the force parameters of the LD-type cold rolling mill in the rolling process along the macroscopic deformation zone is an important symbol to evaluate the reasonable use of the rolling mill. According to the structural characteristics of the LD cold rolling mill machine, the combination of the slide and the pressure head combined sensor and the power superposition method, the LD-60 cold rolling machine on the rolling process of the force parameters were successfully carried out testing on the spot. The oscillometric curve shows that the distribution of force parameters over the macroscopic deformation zone has its regularity.
