一、前言众所周知,热轧过程中能源主要消耗在加热金属和马达克服金属变形做功两个方面。轧制功的大小主要与平均轧制力及变形体积有关,(即A=PcVln h/H)。若磨擦条件恶化,轧制力Pc会急剧增加,塑性变形功也将大幅度增加。实践证明,改善轧制变形区的润滑条件,是降低轧制力的有效措施。热轧磨损将随轧制力降低而减少,并使换辊次数减少,作业率提高,轧件表面质量
