实现课程功能和学习方式的转变,把学习当做是人发展的一部分,是高中新课改的目标之一,也是实现“一切为了每一位学生的发展”核心理念的必然要求。注重学生个体的发展和提高、关注学生学习的过程和方法、突出培养学生的创新精神和实践能力、发展学生良好的意志品质及对自然和社会的责任感是新课改赋予教育教学的新内涵。充分体现了关注学生个性培养、挖掘学生个性潜能、发挥学生个性特质、丰富学生个性生命、追求人的精神陶冶和生存意蕴最优化的人本思想。这就对教师的教学提出了“内外兼修”的更高、更新、更全面的要求:只有把健康、丰富的个性培养做为教学的首要目标,与学生进行心灵上的沟通、达到思想上的共鸣;以灵魂造就灵魂、以人格培养人格、以个性塑造个性,才能更好
