课堂教学是教师传授知识的主要方式,教学是“教”与“学”双方统一的活动过程。在这个活动中,学生是主体,教师起主导作用,教师的工作目的就是把自己的知识和技能转化为学生所有。如何转化呢?这是一个难点。尤其是专业课,不像数理化等基础课那样生动有趣,而是比较枯燥死板,没有太大的难度。假如一个学生平常不认真听、学,考试前突击一阵儿,也可以勉强过关。那么怎样才能没法调动学生的学习积极性,化被动为主动,培养学生创造思维能力,同时还能及时掌握和应用所学的理论知识呢?我在多年的“森林经营学”的教学中,逐步摸索总结出了以“启发为主,讲、做、图、表结合”的教学方法。它主要包括以下几个环节。
