笔者根据1997~1998年对市直15家厂矿企业内部的212户食品摊点、职工食堂的有关食品卫生调查资料,详细分析了工厂内部食品从业人员的构成和知识结构、基本卫生设施及食品卫生情况,并根据存在的问题提出了相应的对策与建议。
Based on the survey data of 212 food stalls and workers’ canteens in 15 factories and mines in 1997 and 1998, the author analyzes in detail the composition and knowledge structure, basic sanitation and food hygiene of food workers in the factory, According to the existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
