利用陕2A胞质雄性不育系,转育成耐寒、抗旱、适应渭北高海拔生态型的低芥酸雄性不育系。以甘白油菜为母本,秦油3号为父本杂交及多代自交选育恢复系,并配置一代杂交种。通过组合鉴定,预备试验及三年省级区域试验,选育的甘杂1号表现抗病毒病、耐菌核病,耐寒、抗旱,在1994~1996年三年省级区试中,平均公顷产162810kg,单杂1号(CK)公顷产14694kg,甘杂1号比对照增产108%,1997年参加省级生产示范,平均公顷产26025kg,单杂1号公顷产236295kg,甘杂1号比对照增产1014%,1997年8月通过省级品种审定。
The Shaanxi 2A cytoplasmic male sterile line was used to transform into a low erucic acid male sterile line that is tolerant to cold and drought and adaptable to the high-altitude ecological type in Weibei. In this study, we used rape as female parent, Qinyou 3 as male parent and multi-generation self-breeding as restorer, and provided hybrid generation. Through the combination of identification, preliminary tests and three-year provincial regional trials, the breeding of Ganza 1 showed antiviral, resistance to sclerotinia, cold hardiness and drought resistance. In the three provincial provincial tests from 1994 to 1996, the average hectare Yield 1628 10kg, single hybrid No. 1 (CK) hectare production 1469 4kg, Ganza 1 than the control yield 10 8%, in 1997 to participate in the provincial production demonstration, the average yield of 2602 5kg hectare, hectare No. 1 hectare Yield 2362 95kg, Ganza 1 than the control yield 10 14%, in August 1997 through the provincial-level species validation.
