[目的]观察中西医结合治疗肛周脓肿合并糖尿病的疗效。[方法]对28例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者采用切开挂线一次根治术,术前予控制血糖,术后胰岛素、降糖药降糖联合中药煎剂改善症状,同时合并抗感染,结合中药局部外用。[结果]28例患者均痊愈出院,愈合时间为17～37天,随访半年无复发者。[结论]中西医治疗肛周脓肿合并糖尿病效果肯定。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of perianal abscess combined with diabetes. [Methods] Twenty-eight cases of perianal abscess with diabetes were treated by incision and suturing. The patients underwent preoperative control of blood glucose, postoperative insulin, hypoglycemic agents combined with Chinese medicine decoction to improve the symptoms, combined with anti-infection, combined with traditional Chinese medicine Topical use. [Result] All the 28 patients were cured and discharged. The healing time was 17-37 days. No recurrence was observed in six months. [Conclusion] Chinese and Western medicine treatment of perianal abscess with diabetes affirmation.
