作为国家和国防科技创新体系中的重要组成部分,近年来军医大学承担国家和军队赋予的科研任务日益繁重,合作交流日益广泛,成果产出大量涌现,这一方面提升了部队卫勤保障能力,推动了国家和区域经济发展,另一方面也对知识产权教育和管理工作提出了新的挑战和要求。特别是随着军医大学国际化进程的加速、军民融合发展战略的深化、科技成果产出的倍增,以及人员流动日趋频繁等,现行的知识产权教育模式已难以满足形势发展的需要。针对本科生和研究生教育中知识产权培训的形式和内容不足等问题,建议军医大学应加强知识产权课程建设,保障普及教育;依托多方力量,加强师资队伍建设;完善考核机制,营造教育氛围;发挥主观能动,调动学员积极性。
