以JS75矿用减速器的末级齿轮副为研究对象,利用MASTA齿轮微观修形模块,对修形前后所得的接触斑点、传动误差及谐波振幅进行比较分析,确定了合理的修形方式及修形量。利用M+P测试系统对减速器空载和加载两种工况进行了振动噪声试验与频谱分析,证明末级重载齿轮的精确修形有效控制了齿轮传动系统的振动和噪声,高速级弧齿锥齿轮对减速器的动态性能影响最大。
Taking the last stage gear pair of JS75 mine gear reducer as the research object, the microscopic revision module of MASTA gear was used to compare the contact spot, transmission error and harmonic amplitude before and after the modification, and to determine the reasonable modification method and Shape modification.
