痕量氟的光度法测定常用茜素氟蓝法和褪色光度法.我们发现痕量氟离子对钍(IV)与4-(H-酸偶氮)-1-苯基-3-甲基吡唑啉酮(HAPMP)在CTMAB介质中的显色反应具有强烈的褪色作用,据此建立了一种测定痕量氟的新方法.体系表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.16×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1).氟离子含量在40~400μg/L内符合比尔定律,方法用于水样中痕量氟的测定,结果令人满意.
Spectrophotometric determination of trace fluorine commonly used alizarin fluorine blue method and fading spectrophotometry. We found that traces of fluoride on thorium (IV) and 4- (H-acid azo) -1-phenyl-3-methyl pyridine A new method for the determination of trace fluorine was established based on the strong fading effect of the color reaction of the oxazolidinone (HAPMP) in CTMAB medium.The apparent molar absorptivity ε = 2.16 × 10 ~ 4L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) .The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 40 ~ 400μg / L.The method was applied to the determination of trace fluorine in water samples with satisfactory results.
