This paper analyzes the new requirements put forward by the development of manufacturing system for the intelligent detection front end, and proposes a new type of intelligent detection front-end structure, including data acquisition, data processing and transmission functions. Using signal processing chip (DSP) composed of multi-CPU structure to achieve real-time detection signals, intelligent processing.
