广东拖拉机厂气体氮化,过去沿用一段氮化法的老工艺,生产周期长,电力及原材料消耗大。为解决这一问题,该厂革命职工遵照毛主席关于“中国应当对于人类有较大的贡献”的教导,于一九七一年上半年试验采用分段氮化法,经多次试验调整,选择适当的氮化保温时间、温度和分解率等参数,终于获得了一个速度较快,变形量小,质量达到图纸技术要求的比较合理的分段氮化工艺(见快速氮化工艺图),并已投入了生产。
