本文叙述了一种利用超声切变波判断胶合板粘合层质量的方法,对实验中使用的切变波进行全面的数学分析。我们发现,板中二次谐波的截止频率由粘合层的厚度和机械特性决定,且在该频率谐振。利用这种波的谐振现象,就可在实验中确定粘合层的特性。我们使用了几种不同性质的粘合剂来验证这种方法。正如理论分析所预示的,板中二次谐波的谐振频率由模量和粘合层与板厚比决定。
This paper describes a method of using ultrasonic shear wave to determine the quality of the plywood adhesive layer, and comprehensively analyzes the shear wave used in the experiment. We find that the cut-off frequency of the second harmonic in the board is determined by the thickness and mechanical properties of the adhesive layer and resonates at this frequency. Using the resonance of this wave, the properties of the adhesive layer can be determined experimentally. We used several different types of adhesives to verify this method. As the theoretical analysis indicates, the resonant frequency of the second harmonic in the board is determined by the modulus and the ratio of the adhesive layer to the board thickness.
