本文通过YJ-1型引气減水剂与高效减水剂、引气剂和复合外加剂等,在强度、灰强比、抗渗性、抗冻性、抗裂性、变形性等多种试验的对比情况及工程的实际应用,从不同的侧面阐述了YJ-1型引气减水帮在水电站大坝混凝土中应用所产生的技术经济效果;同时,较详细地阐述了对大坝混凝土耐久性的要求和实施方法以及YJ-1型引气减水剂对大坝混凝土裂缝的控制问题。
In this paper, YJ-1 type air-entraining water-reducing agent and superplasticizer, air-entraining agent and compound admixture are used in various tests such as strength, gray-strength ratio, impermeability, frost resistance, crack resistance, deformation and so on. The comparison of the conditions and the practical application of the project illustrate the technical and economic effects of the YJ-1 type air-entrainment and water-reducing application in dam concrete of hydropower stations. At the same time, it elaborates on the durability of the dam concrete in more detail. Sexual requirements and implementation methods and YJ-1 type air-entraining water reducing agent control dam concrete cracks.
