欧洲心脏病协会的会议上,德国方面发布了他们新的一项研究成果:每日快步走25分钟,可令寿命增长7年,对50岁至60岁人士而言,心脏病风险也减半。该项研究选取了一批30岁至60岁本身有运动习惯的男女作为研究对象。要求他们每日运动并观察他们血液中的衰老指标,结果发现半年内参加者体内出现一些有助DNA修补的转变。时速达到5.5公里才可称为快步走。即大概每分钟应走120~40步(具体可根据身体状况稍作调整)。心跳120次/分钟为宜,强度以行走时微喘、微汗、可交
At the European Society of Cardiology meeting, Germany released a new study: a 25-minute daily walk for a seven-year lifespan and a 50-to-60-year reduction in heart disease risk half. The study selected a group of men and women 30 to 60 years old who had exercise habits as subjects. Asking them to exercise daily and observe the signs of aging in their blood, they found that within six months participants had some changes in their DNA that helped repair the DNA. 5.5 kilometers per hour can be called brisk walking.
