为落实高技能人才基地建设精神,完成煤矿机电设备维修专业高技能人才培训项目建设任务,我们深入山西焦煤汾西矿业水峪煤矿的生产一线进行调研,对部分专业毕业生进行工作追踪访谈。此外,还学习了《国家技能人才培养标准编制指南》、《一体化课程规范开发技术规程》等文件,对煤矿生产机电设备维修专业的人才需求进行分析,初步掌握了煤矿机电维修岗位的素质能力要求、人才培养模式、课程结构设置等专业知识,通过“校企合作”的培养模式,创新“一体化”教学模式,作出符合市场需要和人才培养切实可行的专业培育方案。 In order to implement the construction of highly skilled personnel base and complete the task of training high-skilled personnel for the mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance in coal mine, we conducted in-depth research on the production line of the Shanxi Coal Mine Fenxi Mining Shuiyu Coal Mine and carried out job tracking interviews with some of the graduates.
