深化校企合作机制 创新“一体化”教学模式——关于煤矿机电设备维修人才需求与专业改革的调研报告

为落实高技能人才基地建设精神,完成煤矿机电设备维修专业高技能人才培训项目建设任务,我们深入山西焦煤汾西矿业水峪煤矿的生产一线进行调研,对部分专业毕业生进行工作追踪访谈。此外,还学习了《国家技能人才培养标准编制指南》、《一体化课程规范开发技术规程》等文件,对煤矿生产机电设备维修专业的人才需求进行分析,初步掌握了煤矿机电维修岗位的素质能力要求、人才培养模式、课程结构设置等专业知识,通过“校企合作”的培养模式,创新“一体化”教学模式,作出符合市场需要和人才培养切实可行的专业培育方案。 In order to implement the construction of highly skilled personnel base and complete the task of training high-skilled personnel for the mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance in coal mine, we conducted in-depth research on the production line of the Shanxi Coal Mine Fenxi Mining Shuiyu Coal Mine and carried out job tracking interviews with some of the graduates. In addition, it also studied the “Guidelines for the Preparation of National Skilled Talents Standards” and the “Technical Code for the Development of Standardized Unified Curriculums” and other documents to analyze the demand for personnel specializing in the maintenance of electromechanical equipment in coal mines and initially mastered the quality and capability of coal mine electromechanical maintenance posts Requirements, personnel training mode, curriculum structure and other professional knowledge, through the “school-enterprise cooperation” training mode, innovation “integration ” teaching mode, to meet market needs and personnel training practical training programs.
