本文用石蜡系列大切片、连续切片及多种粘液组织化学染色的方法对84例胃手术标本进行了肠上皮化生(简称肠化)的研究。结果发现,肠化不仅可以象文献报道的那样起源于胃腺颈部,而且还能起源于胃腺底部及胃小凹深部的干细胞。一些HE切片上显示正常的胃粘液腺经粘液组化染色证实其部分腺细胞内的粘液已变为酸性。我们还在胃体腺中观察到杯状细胞样细胞及胃体腺向肠化腺过渡
In this paper, 84 cases of gastric surgery specimens were studied for intestinal metaplasia (abbreviated as intestinal metaplasia) by paraffin section large sections, serial sections and various mucinous histochemical staining methods. As a result, it was found that intestinal metaplasia not only originates from the neck of the stomach gland as reported in the literature, but also originates from the stem cells at the bottom of the gastric gland and deep in the gastric pit. Some of the HE sections showed normal gastric mucin glands that were mucinously stained by mucin to confirm that the mucous in some of their glandular cells had become acidic. We also observed goblet cell-like cells and transition from gastric glands to intestinal glands in the gastric glands.
